It is December 7th, Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day and yesterday was the anniversary of the 13th amendment abolishing slavery in the United States. While New You! Who Knew? is not nearly as momentous as either of these historical events I remain convinced that the book will be an important addition to humanity. As the back cover of the book notes:

Notice I don't promise to solve all your problems, to help you become a millionaire, or to become the CEO of a rabidly profitable business? It seems hyperbole is rampant amongst internet hucksters and authors alike. The sad truth is that the vast majority of us will never be millionaires, sorry. What can we do, average folk like you and me? We can seek to align our lives with enduring principles and use the best tools from current science to slowly and surely improve. This will almost certainly lead to greater peace, hope, and accomplishment. That path is a certain one, one you can control as the captain of your life.
The book is in final proofreading and the index is being created, then final formatting and it will be ready to publish.
