This week we focused on being mindfully aware of our entire self, faults and strengths and everything in between. As a whole person, worthy of love always, you love your faults as part of who you are. As we discussed in week 9 self-criticism decreases your ability to improve. With this awareness, and avoiding emotional judgment, you are actually in a stronger position to improve and become an even better person.
